Even small drops of water can puncture stone if they’re persistent.
At JIG-SAW, there are a wide variety of projects from various industries to work on, so I never get bored. I have the opportunity to learn from many different perspectives. In addition to my own projects, I often learn small things, like words that I don't know from the conversations of my fellow engineers. Since I came to JIG-SAW, I have always felt that my knowledge and skills have grown exponentially. Engineers who maintain IT environments must continue to grow, and I believe that trying each and every day is the key to great growth. Every human being is highly motivated when they have something that they want to do, but what’s important is whether or not they can continue to do it. That is why I make learning a habit, just like brushing my teeth. If you make it a habit, you can always make an effort regardless of whether your motivation is high or low. After a year or two, you will notice that you have gained immense experience. In the future, I would like to work on the management side and devote myself passionately to the growth of people that were like me in the organization. At JIG-SAW, when someone has achieved something they are properly rewarded for it, and I would like to do my best to help people and the organization grow even more rapidly while preserving this quality. To achieve this, I need to continue to study, even harder. I'm still growing!
