What were some of the things about that attracted you to JIG-SAW and led to your decision join?
I was very attracted to an environment where I could have opportunities to grow within my company from a young age. After entering university once, I decided that I wanted to take a different route, took another entrance exam, and re-entered another university. I used to think that it would be hard to compete with people in my age group because I spent some extra time studying. When I was looking for a job with such feelings, I felt that JIG-SAW was an environment where my abilities would be properly evaluated, even from a young age. Especially after actually joining the company, I feel that this is particularly true of JIG-SAW.
Please describe the department you belong to and the work that you do.
My main job is sales of cloud services centered on new customer development. We are working to increase outbound by approaching leads obtained from events through telephone or email. I often visit our customers to make proposals and interviews about our services. As the cloud has become widespread and common, JIG-SAW handles essential services for companies in various industries. I feel that customers’ impressions vary greatly depending on the sales team, and that is part of what makes my job fun.
What kind of career advancement do you see for yourself in the future?
I feel I have experienced change and growth together with the company. At the same time, moving forward I want to help make JIG-SAW an indispensable company for the world. I would like to be an active member of the company when it reaches that point. There is still a lot to learn, but my current goal is to gain a lot of experience and skills from my daily work and to become a fully-independent, full-time sales person.
