Please tell us about the business advantages of JIG-SAW in their industry.
JIG-SAW has a stable business foundation in server monitoring and operation, and at the same time takes on innovative initiatives to create never-before-seen services by making full use of the latest technology in the IoT domain. I believe that being able to do this is one of the strengths of JIG-SAW. There are other companies in our industry (server monitoring and operation services), but we are not limited to just those services. From hardware development and manufacturing in the IoT domain to software integration and communication, I do not think there is any other company that has more of the technology and expertise required for IoT. From an employee’s perspective, it is an unparalleled attraction that other companies have access to a wide range of cutting-edge technologies that allow them to take on innovative initiatives while having a stable business foundation. I also think JIG-SAW’s greatest strength is its overwhelming sense of speed toward future business. JIG-SAW’s wide range of technical capabilities and knowledge support its efforts to provide services in the IoT field ahead of other companies and respond quickly and flexibly to customer requests. I think that JIG-SAW’s speed is determined by the speed of decision-making that other companies do not have and the environment in which each employee can work with discretion.
Please tell us what JIG-SAW has achieved (experience / episode unique to JIG-SAW).
I joined JIG-SAW in 2015 after working for a major audit firm as a certified public accountant, but only two months after joining JIG-SAW I became the M&A for the company’s subsidiary. I was overwhelmed by the speed of JIG-SAW’s business in completing procedures while working with experts such as lawyers and tax accountants. I still remember that intensely. In 2019, we established subsidiaries in the United States and Canada respectively, and as a company we looked globally and felt that the market and environment were changing rapidly. In addition to using English for business operations overseas, the administrative department also has knowledge of the laws and customs of each country we deal with, the thinking of the local people, and how to proceed with work. We believe that this is essential. Of course, there are many complicated aspects to responding to such rapid environmental changes, but I feel rewarded by supporting the company as it constantly changes and the company grows. As a member of the management department, I believe that I am always growing as an individual.
